THERMAX® HD 1200 Thermal insulation boards
Vermiculite HD 1200 boards are based on the well known mineral Vermiculite, which is related to mica. Mixed with different binders and shaped under high pressure this product is used in all refractory applications, where high mechanical strength in combination with low thermal conductivity is asked for.
HD stands for „high density“ and describes the very high density and the excellent edge strength of this product.
Application fields:
Industrial furnace construction, fireplaces and stoves, wood burning boilers, aluminium smelting, glass processing.

Techno-Foam 100
TECHNO-FOAM 100 foams are high performance material combinations consisting of a special PUR ester foam. Depending on the variant, this foam can have the following properties: Water repelling surface, water repelling melted own skin; pimple structure (pimple foam); self-adhesive.

Techno-Foam 110ZK
TECHNO-FOAM 110 ZK is a synthetic flexible closed cell foam. TECHNO-FOAM 110 ZK is waterproof with an excellent insulation. Modification: one side self adhesive with acrylic basis glue.

Techno-Foam 250
TECHNO-FOAM 250 is a high performance flexible open cell foam plastic based on melamine resin as raw material. It has been developed especially for utilisation under high temperature stress with simultaneous requirement of high absorption of sound propagated through the air. The surface is air-permeable embossed and slightly compacted.
TECHNO-FOAM 250 can be made self-adhesive or equipped on the rear side with a velcro system or aluminium foil covering. Production of moulded components is possible too.
Applications:
Electric heating devices, rear insulation of furnaces, drying plants, automotive applications, etc.
Techno-Baking Disk
Technobaking disk is based on glassfibre reinforced concrete for application in the baking-oven-industry.
The result is an environment-friendly baking-oven-tile, which contains high quality raw-materials.

Glicorit
GLICORIT is a high performance insulating material with excellent electrical characteristics. This material consists of mica paper which is pressed to mechanically strong boards using a heat resistant resin.
Application fields:
Machinery, plant and industrial furnace construction, asbestos substitute, electrical insulation, glass industry, in tools for press and injection moulding plants.
Isotherm T01
ISOTHERM T01 belongs to the group of highly compressed asbestos-free fibre cement materials. The chief constituents are cement silicates and inorganic fibres. This material has excellent properties such as high temperature cycling stability, ageing stability and high temperature stability. Furthermore Isotherm T01 is non-combustible.
Application field:
Machinery, plant and industrial furnace construction, asbestos substitute, electrical insulation, glass industry, in tools for press and injection moulding plants.
Isobloc 500
ISOBLOC 500 products are glass wool thermal insulating mats which are available with various densities. According to customer request they can be equipped with bright or black glass fleece covering or aluminium covering.
All these products are water-repelling according to DIN 18 165 and – if provided with a covering – they are also weatherproof. Because of their Ki index of > 40 these products are physiologically safe.
Typical application fields:
Industrial thermal insulation, heating plant and equipment construction.
Isobloc 800
ISOBLOC 800 is an organically bounded insulation board which is made of cut stone wool fibres of various lengths and fibre diameters. The fraction of organic bonding material is less than 1%, so that offensive smell is essentially absent. ISOBLOC 800-boards are uniformly thick over their entire area, have uniform texture and the edges are flat rectangular.
ISOBLOC 800 products are physiologically harmless. (half-life value after intratracheal instillation < 40 days, according to the third decree for amendment of the dangerous materials regulations dated 12.06.1998, federal law gazette 1998, Part 1, No. 35) Typical application fields are equipment construction and rear insulation of furnaces and other heat devices.
Variotherm 500
E-Glass Needle mat for thermal insulation and sound absorption in the fields of small electrical devices, household appliances, solar collectors, machinery construction and shipbuilding.
Variotherm 850 – 1000
Binding agent free silicate needle mat made of silex stack fibres blanket, with a SiO2 – content > 94 %.
Physiologically harmless by virtue of the defined fibre diameter of 9 ± 1 µm.
Application:
For thermal insulation and sound absorption in the high temperature range for automotive applications as well as plant and furnace construction.
PoroTHERM 850M
POROTHERM 850M is a microporous thermal insulating flexible material with extremely low thermal conductivity figures, i.e. with very good thermal insulating properties.
POROTHERM 850M can be used wherever a highly efficient but thin boundary between hot and cold is required. This is becoming increasingly relevant for insulation in refrigeration equipment too.

Machinery, plant and industrial furnace construction, replacement for asbestos, electrical insulation, glass industry, house engineering, microwave devices, vacuum insulation, etc.
PoroTHERM 1000
POROTHERM 1000 is a microporous thermal insulating material with extremely low thermal conductivity figures, i.e. with very good thermal insulating properties.
POROTHERM 1000 can be used wherever a highly efficient but thin boundary between hot and cold is required. This is becoming increasingly relevant for insulation in refrigeration equipment too.

Machinery, plant and industrial furnace construction, replacement for asbestos, electrical insulation, glass industry, house engineering, microwave devices, vacuum insulation, etc.
MultiTHERM® 550
Inorganic non-trickle easy handling insulating material. Contains no binding agents and is physiologically harmless.
The material is self supporting, flexible and light. As insulating material achieves lowest thermal conductivity coefficient compared with conventional insulating materials. This material can be used whenever little space is available, but high insulation and light weight are demanded. Aluminium covering is possible.
Multitherm 550 is recyclable.
By virtue of its high bio-solubility this product this product has been classified as physiologically harmless according to GefStoffV Annex V No. 7.1 Paragraph. 1 Sentence 2.

Bolit Seal (packing)
BOLIT-SEAL packing have been developed as replacement for asbestos seals and are used chiefly for seals in all kinds of furnaces. Existing models do not have to be redesigned, because the seals can be installed immediately in the same manner as before.
The behaviour and properties of BOLIT-SEAL products are comparable to those of asbestos, but without hazard to health.
Bolit VF
BOLIT – VF boards are organically bound boards made of ceramic fibres which can be used at temperatures up to 1600°C, depending on the quality. BOLIT boards have homogeneous strength, can be processed without any problems and do not require subsequent hardening of the cut edges.
Applications:
BOLIT vacuum form boards are used for industrial furnace engineering, equipment and plant engineering as well as for combustion chamber lining.
Bolitan-Mat
Needled light mats made of high temperature ceramic fibres intended for a wide range of thermal insulation applications. These products do not release any vapours harmful to health on first heating.

Bolitan-Paper
BOLITAN-PAPIER made of ceramic fibres is manufactured by further processing on paper manufacturing machines. Small thermal mass, low thermal conductivity, vibration stability, good temperature cycling stability and excellent mechanical strength characterise this material.
Application fields:
Moulding separator material, gating technology for casting, replacement for asbestos paper, decoration of aluminium goulots, heat protection.
Sinafelt
High temperature thermal insulation felt made of ceramic and bio-soluble high temperature fibres using organic binding agents.
Application fields:
Power plant and other plant construction, industrial furnaces, ceramics industry.
IBF-Fiberboard (bio-soluble)
Techno-Sil 300
TECHNO-SIL 300 is a silicone based product which can be used at temperatures up to 300°C.
TECHNO-SIL 300 features good surface adhesion on glass, ceramic and metals. The bonded joint is resistant to oxidising as well as to reducing atmospheres.
Application fields:
Bonding of metal, glass and ceramic materials as well as bonding of plastics and elastomers.
Techno-Sil S41
TECHNO-SIL S41 is a one-pack, atmospheric humidity hardening silicone rubber with self-levelling properties. It stands out by its rapid curing and powerful adhesion to many working materials, and by its high tear and notch resistance. During curing, small amounts of acetic acid are set free. In its final state, TECHNO-SIL S41 is completely odourless.
Fields of application:
Stress equalising bonding of identical and dissimilar materials, such as glass, plastic, special steel, aluminium.
Techno-Adhesive HT 1100
TECHNO-ADHESIVE HT 1100 is a product based on inorganic substances, non-combustible and produces no smoke. TECHNO-ADHESIVE HT 1100 can be used at temperatures of up to 1000 °C.
This adhesive is suitable for bonding the following substances:
Ceramic fibres on metal, glass and glasslike fibres on metal, ceramic fibres and glass fibres together.
General properties:
Small thermal mass, low thermal conductivity, vibration resistant, good temperature cycling stability, sound insulation.
Typical application fields:
Insulation of furnaces, refractory separating walls, heat protection.
Techno-Adhesive HTC
TECHNO-ADHESIVE HTC is a quick-drying adhesive with accelerated curing based on zirconium (ZrO2). For use with metal and ceramic components. For bedding heating elements, insulating thermoelements and coating windings.
Techno-Adhesive HTG
The TECHNO-ADHESIVE HTG is a product based on magnesium oxide (MgO) with low thermal expansion.
The TECHNO-ADHESIVE HTG is particularly suitable for bonding steatite, porcelain, ceramics and metals.
The bonded joint is resistant to oxidising as well as to reducing atmospheres.

Techno-Adhesive HTK
TECHNO-ADHESIVE HTK is a product which has high thermal shock stability for embedding heating elements, insulating thermocouples, coating resistors and windings, and for bonding ceramic parts. It can also be used for bonding metals and ceramics.

Techno-Adhesive HTM
The TECHNO-ADHESIVE HTM is a product with large thermal expansion for bonding metals for utilisation at high temperatures. The bonded joint is resistant to oxidising as well as to reducing atmospheres.

Isocal-C
ISOCAL-C is a microporous pressure resistant high temperature thermal insulating board constituting a new generation of calcium silicate boards. Special micro-cells restrict the free passage of radiant heat.
Applications:
Pressure proof rear thermal insulation for constructing furnaces, for the petrochemical industry, for the steel and power plant industries.
